I do NOT recommend using Corriveau contracting and painting out of Nashua. We used them for a MB creation and update of a second bathroom. While the work done on the master bath was good, there was no sense of enthusiasm from the contractor who was supposed to be in charge of the project, whom we gave a lot of money to. The second bathroom vanity was installed cracked. He did not inspect the vanity before installing it and told me it was my duty to have inspected it, even though he was the contractor and he did pick it up from the store. So I am stuck with a cracked vanity as it is not something that can be easily swapped out as it comes in a set. There were areas around the vanity that was not painted etc Arbitrary charges appeared on my bill without any forewarning such as 500 extra plumbing fee because of extra work by the plumber. How that charge came about is still unclear. I was also charged 300 dollars for framing of a bottom cover for my vanities. This is like a 100 dollar job by a handy man. He did not bother to discuss any of these extra charges before doing the work. There were no set rules on how my house should be treated, the workers soiled my floors and walls and left my door unlocked after finishing for the day on numerous occasions. These are things that were discussed with the so called contractor before hand. Overall I would not use them again for any projects and advise to do the same. Update: They did respond and provided proof of the arbitrary charges. I have gone ahead and added 2 stars. I still feel they need to pay more attention to detail and that once you are hired to do a project, anything that gets installed should be vetted and photographed by the contractor to avoid any issues down the line. If you decide to hire them, please spell out all expectations and ensure both parties have agreed completely to the expectations

The nice thing about a general contractor is that if your problem falls in any of his areas of expertise, you have only one person to deal with rather than trying to search for the appropriate contractors yourself. I can speak to Corriveau contracting's expertise in several areas: 1) roofing, 2) painting and repair of cracked, pealing bathrrom ceiling, 3) in a bathroom remodel, tile repair, wall and celing finishing, and an excellent paint job, 4) deck repair including complete replacement of floorboards, stairsteps and railings, and creative repair of another stair step, 5) Repair of two outdoor screens. For each job, Corriveau contracting found an excellent person or team to complete each job, and all jobs were completed speedily, with great results, and for a good price. In home repair the job is not always straightforward, and the craftsmen demonstrated much creativity in their repairs. Great work!
