Never shows up as agreed, even when it’s on his schedule and he picks the times. Leaves you standing around for hours wondering if he will show or not, and he doesn't. Doesn't return calls until hours later of chasing him around. This guy has zero respect for anyone else’s time. I've lost other contractors from trying to work with this guy. I only write this after been put through this a number of times now and he has screwed up my project and timelines not to mention personal plans, this will now set me back possibly months because I opted to try work with him

Scott and his team are very professional and do what it takes to get the job done right. They explain everything that needs to be done and take great care and pride in their work. When the job was done, they did an excellent job cleaning up. I will definitely hire them again for our next project and highly recommend them.

I just used SD Construction to turn a den into a walk-in closet. Scott and his team did an amazing job. He has experts to handle each task such as drywall and electrical. They are very knowledgeable in what they do and I will definitely use their services again. I also felt very comfortable having them in my home.
