I am a real estate photographer and have been shooting all of MW Construction refurbished homes for a few years now. One thing I can tell you is they just do it right. No cutting corners, and they have an amazing eye for detail. I always look forward to capturing their homes when they are ready to be put on the market. I always find the properties staged beautifully. I also love driving by a property and see it has sold and a family moved in!

I was first introduced to Magic by a real estate agent who was listing my home in Longport, NJ. He pointed out the need for a minor roof repair, door & window replacement and suggested a general contractor that he knew would respond timely, was reasonably priced, and honest to a fault. After quickly experiencing Magic’s workmanship and concern for my needs on this initial project, it lead to my contracting him to do a complete remodel of our newly purchased home in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. MW Construction did a complete remodel of 3 bathrooms, kitchen, opened up the floor plan by removing a wall, created a laundry room from existing utility space, installed hardwood flooring throughout etc. etc. etc. The thing I remember and love most about dealing with Magic is throughout the project, Magic was always straightforward, keeping me abreast of all relevant activities. There were no surprises. At the completion of the work, he pushed me repeatedly, almost annoyingly so, to examine and look at everything they had done to make sure I was 100% happy before he invoiced me for the final payment. Magic makes the dirty, unpleasant process of remodeling as pain free as possible. I would highly recommend MW Construction to anyone considering any type of home remodel.
