We were looking for a GC for the construction of a shore house and Ocean View and Tim were recommended by a friend. Having never before been involved in building a house from the ground up we were very nervous add to that building a shore house and not knowing what to expect with all the new building regulations that came into effect after Sandy. I called Tim in the morning and had meeting with him that same afternoon. Tim was extremely helpful and involved. In the beginning helping and meeting with our architect and filing for permits all the way through the completion of the project which was completed on time and on budget. Tim always made himself available to meet and go over the progress of the house putting us at ease during this very stressful time in our lives, I would highly recommend Oceanview and Tim.
