I'm actually with someone who has been working for the job for a good 20 years now and you can tell its definitely something he takes interest to. When he's away from work, a simple walk will make him start analyzing roofs and explaining what he knows😊 So although they work in long horrible weather conditions sometimes and do have to work hard, it's still a well paying job. they "should" get paid well.
