Dan came over and did our roof in about three days. It looks great, and he added roof vents and whirlybird type vents to increase ventilation Which was severely lacking in our house. This past winter was not severe so it was hard to tell how effective this was but our house was built in such a way that ventilation was needed and the previous roofers did not address that I need.

I had Lombardo do my flat roof about 3 years ago and have had problems with it since day one. I have contacted him personally to fix it several times and every time it was another excuse without him even attempting to locate the problem. Finally I had the rest of my shingled roof done by a reputable company, they showed me all the bad areas Lombardo had done. They showed me how he did not go up far enough with the rolled roofing , all the bubbles , and how spongy it was after only 3 years. Now I have called him and he refuses to stand behind his work. He tried to threaten me , and when I told him I will be forced to take legal action he said "good luck I have an amazing lawyer". Snake oil salesman scam artist. He is the type of contractor you hear those terrible scam stories about on the evening news.
