I needed Rob to fix a umbing issue at my house. It took him a week to respond, another week to disappear. Then he looked at the job and said he had to get a part in Brentwood. Then he disappeared again. No communication whatsoever. Finally I found someone else and texted Rob that he was fired and totally unprofessional. Rob texted back that this was the best news he'd had all day. Really? How pathetic. How very unprofessional. How lame. No apology. No explanation. Do not use this company for anything. Rude. Unriable. Stupid.
