I received constant communication leading up to and the day of the installation. Seth (the supervisor of the install) gave me text messages throughout the day documenting the progress of the work along with detailed photos. They protected the house throughout and took great care to leave everything as they found it. Zach, the salesman I originally worked with to get an estimate, also showed up on the day of the install. The crew was quick and thorough. A+ job.

I had received a quote for work to be done on our chimney cap but wanted a second opinion. Someone recommended Bone Dry and they sent someone out the next day. Zach was prompt called on his way out. While he was inspecting the cap, he took a picture of what needed done and sent me the text. He advised he could do it then for a price significantly less than my other quote.
