Responsive and flexible customer service. They are easy to get a hold of and do great work. They built trust, I will definitely have them at the top of the list next time I need a roofing service or a recommendation. I contracted them again to fix my roof after the bad hail storms last Fall. I had to deploy before they could start work but Tom Hennessey and Stephan were great. They worked with my insurance company and repaired my roof without me even being there and they were completely trustworthy and communicated with me every step of the way. I would definitely recommend their service.

Excellent professional service. Had my roof installed in 2017 by Rampart Roofing. I had a small leak develop in the kitchen over the stove exhaust earlier this week. Called Amanda at customer service and got same day service, which is unheard of these days. Matthew came out and inspected the area the leak was in. Turned out to be a defective vent. It had a crack in one of the welds of the vent. Small enough that it was hard to see, but big enough to let rain seep in. The cracked weld appeared to be a manufacture defect. Matthew found the problem and replaced the vent in less than 2 hours. Later that day we got rain and no leaks :) Rampart Roofing is an excellent professional roofing company that stands by their work. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or roof repair. Their customer service was excellent. If I need any roofing work in the future I will definitely use Rampart Roofing again.

Rampart Roofing did an amazing job. Donny took care of all the details for me. Stephan made sure that he kept in communication with my husband. Also Matthew inspected the work; and was very thorough; he even told me that if we see anything that he missed that Rampart will take care of it. Pablo and his crew who did the roof were amazing. They cleaned up after the work immaculately. My neighbor who is very particular as to who does work on our house even told me. "Wow", those guys did a great job. I watched them from my bathroom window". For him to make that comment is a 10 star for Rampart. Awesome job. Donny-thank you for all your care and help; especially with all the insurance questions I had. It is hard to find honest roofers. As I had gotten 5 other quotes before this. And Donny was the BEST. I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency of the roofing team. The team was prompt and finished the job in less than one day. Everything was all picked up around the yard multiple times and the noise during the project was easy to live through.
