What a TEAM!! We had a huge insurance claim and they guided us through the whole process. The roof, siding, side door and some windows were replaced. The work was well done and they over promised on what they were going to do on the house. They also worked very well with the insurance company. GREAT COMPANY!!

We had Third Estimate replace windows for our retirement community. We will continue to use them as they are fair, prompt and do a professional job. Our biggest concern was being respectful of our residents' time and space and there have been no problems with the installers. If there are any follow up issues, they respond to them quickly. We highly recommend this company.

My husband Bob and I very pleased with Third Estimate. Josh came out and put a tarp on the damaged area until the crew could come out in warmer weather. They were quick to respond to messages. They did a great job on our garage roof replacement and the house roof repair. We would recommend them!

This company and their employees are AWESOME! We had storm damage to our property---, roof ,fencing, downed trees, and called them to assess the roof,and what could be done. They sent out Josh, and he immediately helped with contacting the insurance company. He came back and met with insurance adjuster to explain all damage, and walked my husband and I thru the entire process. His crew came and did the roof, ---they were very professional and the roof looks fantastic. The people at this company are truly experts at what they do, including all the office personnel we had contact with. Thank you Josh and everyone in the office for all the wonderful help! We will definitely be calling them for any future needs.
