My roof was damaged during a wind storm in Feb. and needed to be replaced. One Time Construction did a fantastic job. Will came by the day after it was completed to inspect the roof and make sure that everything was done right. I really appreciated the follow up. We needed a new roof and called One Time Construction because they had done other work for us and we were always satisfied.As for the roof, it had black mold on the boards in our attic and the fans were not vented properly. We again worked with Will and found the price to be fair. They crew worked almost 3 days on the roof and cleaned up every day. They were always on time and worked very hard. When they were all done we had nothing to clean up. Neighbors have complimented the job that was done and how nice the roof looked. We gave the phone number for One Time Construction to a couple of our neighbors. I would definitely recommend One Time Construction for your next project-fair and reliable.

One Time Construction did incredible work replacing our roof and siding. Will was so considerate and helpful throughout the entire process and definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with his work. He made our home beautiful and I can't thank him enough for all the hard work he and his crew did. Cindy is amazing! She helped us through every step working with insurance company. She is very knowledgeable and considerate and I couldn't have done it without her.
