All I can say is Amazing Company to work with. Kris from Integrity was amazing to work with. We felt that he went above and beyond for our family. We were hit pretty hard in the most recent storm in Pueblo West and needed a new roof. He knew we needed the roof as soon as possible due to the fact we were closing on our home. He went above and beyond to make sure we were done in a timely manner. He took his job personal and it reflected in his customer service. Thank you Integrity! He did an exceptional job of seeing to our needs and following through on everything he said he would-that is a very rare thing these days! Recently, my wife and I had our roof replaced by Integrity Roofing and Painting. Jeff (Project Manager) and the rest of the team at Integrity were absolutely stellar. Jeff went above and beyond to ensure any questions we had were answered in a timely manner, and he also took the time to ensure both my wife and I were 100% clear as to the process, the materials they were going to be using (and why), and what to expect from beginning to end; he definitely knows his stuff. The crew was extremely professional, very tidy and thorough, and very friendly as well. The office staff was equally fantastic; every time I needed to get ahold of someone I was able to, with zero headache. Our project manager Jeff was always communicating to my wife and me regarding the process of replacing our roof. He's a very competent and respectful project manager and always has your best interests in the forefront. When Jeff tells you something, bank on it. He's very kind, professional, and trustworthy. Jeff goes far beyond what most project managers would do. The crew was also professional, competent, and respectful. They were some of the hardest workers I've seen! Fabulous job!
