Excellent roofing company with a hard working team to provide customers with a high quality roof in a timely manner. Alex Kelly and others provided effective communications on the project from beginning to end. Thanks for a job well done.

I recently had my roof replaced due to wind damage. I was referred to Lifetime Quality Roofing by my real estate agent. Once I made the initial call, a representative came to inspect my roof in just a few days, clearly explained the issues with the roof, and provided me the information to file an insurance claim. Jomar was great to work with and was very responsive when I had questions and worked to get my roof replacement scheduled within my timeline. The crew did a great job replacing the roof and even cleaned up afterwards! I definitely recommend this roofing company!

Awful experience with this company. They did my kitchen remodel as a result of water damage in 2018. This company provided poor customer service. They were slow to begin and a tedious process throughout. One day workers came for a few hours, left for lunch, returned only to leave for the day. I came home to installed mismatched cabinetry they knew was mismatched in size and they wanted me to accept it. Attempted to accuse me of a nik discovered in the new countertop I asked them to repair. I felt coerced into signing certificate of completion and the work was not finished. I had to contact my insurance company several times throughout this ordeal and assured they were not to be paid until the job was complete. There is so much more but trust me when I say it was just awful. The only saving grace is the 3 year warranty I have through the company that contracted Lifetime.
