I posted a message about 2 months ago expressing my displeasure in work that was completed. Terry reached out to me personally and had someone to my residence when the weather broke. They fixed the piece that was in the original estimate and the gutter is better than ever. I applaud Terry and his team for reaching back out to me personally.
