BEWARE! Jacob Keim took $5225 from us as a down payment for siding and stonework materials, then gave us a traumatic story which we fully believed because he comes off as a friendly & honest guy. To make a long story short he led us to believe for the past 8 months that our refund was coming pending the outcome of the FBI's investigation his wife was involved in (yeah, crazy) when that didn't happen we agreed to just take the siding he bought (so he said) with our down payment. He said he could deliver it the next week and we apologized for our frustrations with him. That was 3 weeks ago , and now he won't text me or return my calls. Its like he just vanished into thin air with our money. The money was from an insurance claim when a tree fell on our house, and now our house will never be properly repaired. UPDATE 7/11/18: We looked up his court records on the Stark County criminal justice website only to find out that he was in jail on a domestic violence charge which is why he would go a while without responding to us, and he has many unpaid judgements against him. Just goes to show you can't trust anyone anymore.

Set up an apt with him over the phone to do a roof estimate. Never showed up or called.
