We contacted Don Bender/RoofRecoverySystems to inspect portions of our roof which were done by another contractor. There were 2 particularly challenging corners which the previous roofer did not handle correctly which allowed water into our 1st floor bathroom. We requested Don and team to come out to assess the situation and provide their recommendation on how to remedy. Could not have gone better. Don was a referral from a close friend in the realty industry...in under 24 hours, Don was out to do a preliminary inspection...explained everything extremely well and even more surprising...was able to to fit his crew in that same week to come out and remediate the issue. Don video the entire tear off of the problem sections...kept incredibly great contact with me via my cell (through text, voice and picture/videos)...and there were ZERO surprises from a cost and workmanship side.
