Shane was coming out Thursday to give me my estimate. He was a no show. I called the office and they contacted him, having him apologize. He did - twice. He forgot that he had called me 20 min before to apologize the first time. He said he would be out Friday, but again it did not work out for him. Said he would stop out Saturday even though he does not normally work. Again a no show. Clearly I am wasting my time with this company. Time to move on.

Chad was absolutely awesome. Extremely quick to respond and get the job done. In this day and age getting people to call you back on any job seems to be a task in itself. Chad responded promptly on what could be considered a smaller job but very difficult. It was literally done before I knew. Thanks!
