Have had nothing but great experiences with Advantage Windows. We had a warranty issue with a casement window and neither the original installation company (still in business in Columbus), nor the window manufacturer were of any help for a clear warranty issue. Dave was able to help us find the information needed to finally get the manufacturer to send us a replacement, and didn't even ask for a payment. When the window arrived, I hired Advantage to install it in return for that consideration. The day of the install went completely smooth. The crew was professional, fast, and clean. Billing and admin with Tonya was also easy, quick, and efficient. We can't recommend Advantage enough, and they will be our first choice for any future window work.

The roof looks great, the ceiling repairs not that great. They tell you lies and rarely respond to your emails and phone calls. I would not recommend them.
