We own a 120 year old house with a large barn that is even older. Needless to say there is always something that needs repaired or replaced. Garvin Construction helped us out with three projects. A side porch roof had a gutter that allowed the water to run behind, rotting part of the decking. We had one piece of gutter that was running uphill away from the downspout. The barn roof had one area that has always leaked a lot, plus some other small leaks. Garvin Construction took care of the house issues in a very professional manner. The barn roof required more attention. They knew the best approach a complicated repair. Their solution was excellent. The end result is a roof that is very nice and no longer leaks. I would recommend Garvin Construction to do an excellent job and do it right.

Unlike the other estimates we were given, Garvin took the time needed to look at our old roof to make sure the new roof would have every thing it needed to last without selling us what we didn't need. I was really pleased with the roof that Garvin construction put on my house. The roof looks great, they put it up in no time , even in the cold on a weekend and didn't even leave one piece of trash in the yard.
