Their customer service is marginal at best. They were quick to collect when the roofers were finished. When I mentioned I wouldn’t pay the final bill until the building permit was signed off. The next words out of their mouth was property lien. The gutter installers some how pushed up the first course of shingles. That was about two months ago. I called again this week and was told they would call me back that day. Still have not heard back. They told me they were going to bill the insurance for the depreciation. Still haven’t received the bill or depreciation check. Just be prepared for poor customer service.
I couldn't even get a call back to get an estimate. When I called to ask why no one has called me the receptionist was rude and said she was the only one working and I needed to be patient(4 days I've been waiting). I see this company every morning and afternoon with their commercials so I figured they would be professional and unfortunately that is not what I experienced. You don't get a second chance to make a first impression. Work on your customer service skills. On to another roofer.
I have contracted with them for a new roof. Tiles have been on roof for almost 3 weeks. Will not return phone calls or emails. DON'T TRUST THIS BUSINESS WITH YOUR ROOF.
Worst experience ever! They showed up unscheduled (my wife had to call them to make sure the unmarked van was actually with their company), they subcontracted our job to another company that didn't even put flashing in the valleys and they failed inspections twice (second time was supposedly from their "best crew".. yeah.. right). The project took over 3 months before they passed. This company doesn't care about customers. They are why we have to deal with inspections, because if an inspector wouldn't have come out, they would have screwed us and been happy about it. Find a reputable company that is going to do the job, not just subcontract it out to some clowns that have no idea what they are doing.
If integrity is the cornerstone of their business as they claim in their Ads, then they should close their doors. If you happen to have the misfortune of dealing with Adam Huskin you will quickly figure out he is a liar and doesn’t do a thing he says he will. Once I signed the contract for 2 roofs Adam said it would be two weeks before they started but a couple days later I received a call from a tenant saying they started the roof. Okay fine if they would have actually finished both but they didn’t. I spent the next few weeks trying to get Adam to return calls as to when they’d finish. If you can get a hold of him you get some sort of BS as to why they didn’t do what they said they’d do. Shortly after they finished a tenant reported spots on a ceiling so I spent the next few weeks trying to get Adam to go look at it. Once again he said he’d get out there and didn’t. Once he actually did go out there he thought the spots might have been due to something splashed on the ceiling so we decided to keep an eye on it. Now the tenant reports a lot (like 10X) the number of spots so I contact Adam. Once again he claims he’ll get out there but hasn’t. I’ve been trying to contact him for weeks with no success. So on 12/21 I call their office to speak to his boss Mr. Integrity (Rory Huskin) but he’s on vacation and will return my call once he returns which he hasn’t. I don’t know about you but to me if a customer calls and complains that you’ve improperly installed a roof and it’s damaging the property and you claim to have integrity you might actually call the customer back but nope Mr. Integrity can’t even bother to call a customer back that has purchased two roofs. Do you think he’ll call you back? Now I have a leak in a roof and they flat out won’t even call me back to service their own failed install. At this point I have no choice but to hire another roofer to fix their mistake, hire drywall folks to repair my ceiling and Sue them for the damages. On top of all of this Adam Huskin stole the swamp coolers out of my yard. They took them off one of my buildings which also had AC. I only found they were missing when the man that was going to purchase them showed up and called me and said there were no swamp coolers at the address I gave him. So I called Adam to see what he knew about it. He informed me that he gave them to his guys for scrap. Yep he STOLE them. Also if you check their BBB profile you will find out they have been in business for 23 years not 40 like Mr. Integrity claims in their Ad. Don’t let their BS Ads fool you too they have ZERO integrity.
