We were in need of a roof, not an urgent matter. Dennis has given my in-laws a reasonable quote so we gave him a call. He was able to come out the next business day and give us a quote. He is a very kind, trustworthy man. Within the next week he had the supplies dropped off and roof completed in one day. No mess was left on our property. I had a problem with water leaking from the ceiling, just above the window in my spare room. I had 3 different people come and look at it before Denis did. One, insisted I needed to replace a few shingles. I spent the money on that and it still had water leaking. Another 2 guys came by and insisted I needed a whole new roof. Although in my eyes, it just needs a simple repair. I am not a roofer, but I know enough that the entire roof is not all that bad for a complete tearoff and the expense to go along with it. I met Denis from Roof Pro Construction from where I work. I told him about my situation and he offered to come by and take a look at it. And as he promised, he did just that! He did not say anything about replacing it or replacing shingles. He simply did something with the flashing and thankfully I have yet to have any other leaks! I definetly will be calling Denis this coming spring when it is time to replace the roof. I know I can trust in him and feel great about referring him to others.
