Had a building to be showing up on Monday and we had to call at noon and ask where it was to find out the truck broke down. Understandable stuff happens but common courtesy would have been for them to call and let us know instead of us having to pay our help for nothing! Soonest they were able to get the building to us is tomorrow which is Thursday. Very poor customer service on this whole situation!! And lots of money wasted with rented equipment for the week!

Brandi and the entire staff at Craco Truss were very helpful, allowing me to finish a small project easily and cost-effectively! I would highly recommend this vendor!
