I was nearly run off the road by one of their work trucks (I was forced to brake hard to avoid an accident). When I tried to pass in the left lane, they jerked their vehicle over cutting me off (there was no one in their own lane to pass) . They continued to cut off three other cars recklessly (nearly causing two accidents), all while traveling 90 mph on the Morgantown Expressway. While I cannot speak about their construction, they should truly be more aware of their reputation when traveling in such a dangerous manner.

Tldr; have patients with communication issues, the work was done well, and they took responsibility for their work. had my roof done in 2017. Initially I was a bit upset; they kept rescheduling the job on me; this was a bit frustrating because I was taking the mornings off to allow them into the stick to put in baffling and to clean up debris. But they did call to tell me they couldn’t make it fairly early in the day. When the roof finally got done I was impressed with how quickly and cleanly it was completed. They even came underprepared with too few roof buggies, but they didn’t make this my problem, they hauled the full buggy off mid day to empty it at cost at the township dump in order to finish up in one day. Despite doing my entire roof in one day, and being rushed in the face of time wasted on dumping that they didn’t account for, there was only one mistake made— a few months later during a series of storms I noticed the flashing on a single portion of the roof over my garage intersecting the side of the house was letting water run into the soffit and down the siding. They came out within the week I noticed this to put in new flashing in this area.

Our standing seam roofs that Marvin construction installed on our barn and now home are both leaking. Ivan won't even return my call. The top ridge is crinkled. "Oh, that will work itself out" he said two years ago.. no change. A leaking barn roof isn't good. A leaking home roof is a real problem. Ivan, are you going to stand behind your work out not?
