Tried to schedule a roof inspection for a house we were going to purchase in Silverthorne. They delayed twice and then gave us the run-around the third time. Caused us to push back the closing date twice. I would not recommend.

I really can't say enough good things about G&G. We are full time, year round residents in Frisco and have had to call on G&G a couple of times now to help with roof repairs. Like most contractors in the county, they are very busy, but always show up and get the job done well. If the situation isn't an emergency, you may be a little further down the list. However, patience is a virtue in Summit County, especially if you want the right, best people to do the work. From woman who answers the phone, to they guys who show up to do the work, they couldn't be more friendly, helpful, and efficient. I would certainly recommend G&G to anyone in need of roof work.

Had a bad experience with the company, but there is a new owner and I think things are going get better.

Had an issue with my roof and they came out and looked at it that went fine. Spoke about issue with my deck and they said they could take a look at that as well. Talked with their scheduling folks and they said it would be 2 weeks out. They finally called a month later after someone quit and tried to schedule it on a Saturday. This is my second home so I made arrangements to be there on Saturday. No one showed up. Received a call the following week saying they were at my house on Monday adn could they start the work. Asked them is we could reschedule so I could meet them up there. Was told they would pass it along to the scheduling folks to get back with me. No call. I called back the next week and they said they could not find my paperwork and they were not scheduling on Saturday and asked if I had the right company. Well the signed work order shows I had the right company.
