I have been using Aspen since last April 2017. After these last 2 major hailstorms in the summer of 2018, they were the first I called. They came and covered my damaged skylights within 6 hours after calling. They have been more than efficient in getting my roof needs taken care of. Of course, none of this would be as enjoyable if Christine has not been the one that helped me through this process. Her positive attitude and ease of explaining how the process, warranty and contract works made me feel much better about using this company. Christine did a thorough examination of my property and then made availability to walk it with my Insurance adjuster to make sure I got back as much money as deserved. I will continue to give my business to them because they have made this daunting process of replacing my roof that much easier. Thank you guys very much!

I live in Colorado Springs, we've had major hail damage this summer and was recommended Aspen. worst mistake we have ever made. Job is still not complete and they are sending their "project manager" over tomorrow to address my concerns. Insurance is replacing our roof and all gutters etc. Not even sure where to begin. 1st Dennis lied to us and told us they would be adding a roof vent, they never did. He straight lied to my face after the roofers were done I asked him about it and he went up and took pictures of our 3 current vents and said yes, they added the 3rd. no they didn't, there was 3 already. Lie 2: Aspen does front doors and garage doors. no they dont. had we known he lied and Aspen only does roofs, gutters and siding we would have gone with a different contractor that does it all. you will see on the agreement where he has front door and garage. 3rd thing, insurance is paying for all gutters and down spouts. The people they contract the gutters to used our old parts, spray painted them black and even got spray paint on our house. you'll also notice from pictures they are not symmetrical, they did a piss poor job of measuring. 4 Aspen highers HVAC to come replace the cap on the roof that was hail damaged, they come to look at it and leave. I call a week later and explained they came and did nothing. she finally calls me 2 days later and tells me the guy said it wasn't that bad. she apparently told him that is unacceptable and they will be coming out to replace. we will see. 5 the roof, Dennis said if there is any soft spots they will replace the boards. I just got down from the roof and noticed 3 significant spots. the rest of our roof is solid as a rock. I also noticed while I was up there the caulking around nail holes is either non existent or half assed. 6 the amount of mess they left behind, the picture I am attaching is me going around our yard 3 times. we have a dog and 2 small boys that are always outside. pictures to follow.

They cut corners, they over charge, they hire illegals, and the say they will fix the HVAC then they say they can't.

I used their Denver branch and it was horrendous. The work is not up to code, they used old materials, and they did not complete the work. They keep evading phone calls and email. Calling corporate did not help.
