Andy has provided service on my furnace and air conditioner the last 3 times I think. He is exceptional. He is very thorough. He makes sure he tells you what to do to take care of your furnace or air conditioner. He cleans up and never leaves a mess. I am always happy when I know he is the service man coming to the house. The team at Schultheis is outstanding.! My furnace quit on a Friday night. I called them on Saturday and spoke with Rocco. I told him we had no heat and wanted to replace our furnace and A/C. We had been thinking about it for a while. He gave us great advice. He said call and have a tech check the furnace to see if it can be repaired. They came out and repaired the furnace within 2 days. First day diagnostic second day had the parts and repaired the furnace. The coldest Thanksgiving was coming, and they were super attentive. I now have Rocco coming out to estimate our system for replacement. I can wholeheartedly recommend them. They have true integrity and want to do what is best for the customer. Turns out it was a high-end filter issue. The filter I was using was pleated and heavy duty. It was creating an air flow issue with the system. The tech, Ferdinand, was great. Not only did he instruct me and explain it to me, he also retrieved my cat who ran out the door!!! I highly recommend Schultheis for your HVAC needs.

The crew was extremely professional and skilled in installing a mini-split AC system in my home. They took pride in stepping up to the challenge of very carefully preserving the appearance of our older home. Very courteous guys as well. I would recommend this crew to anyone.
