I had the pleasure of working with Jim of Dunbar Roofing and Siding. Our home's roof developed a leak that I suspected was located adjacent to a vent pipe. Before Jim arrived, two roofers inspected the roof and felt extensive work was required, resulting in large cost estimates to repair. Immediately upon meeting Jim, I was impressed with his professionalism and his methodical approach in light of his many years of experience. Jim not only confirmed my suspicion regarding the cause of the leak, but he also provided a reasonable estimate to repair the leak as well as to take action to prevent additional leaks around the other vent pipes. I am very pleased with the high quality of service provided, and I now have a highly competent roofer to effectively address my future roofing needs as well as my family members' and friends' roofing needs.

Came out sooner than they promise for estimate and fixed it (a small leak) then & there, took about a 1/2 hour or so, for a reasonable amount. I would recommend them. And no estimate charge, like other local roofing companies!

A few communication and workmanship errors but, in the end, they spent the time to work out my concerns and refused to cash my check until I was happy. Overall satisfied that they did the right thing on my behalf and I have a new skylight I'm happy with.
