Brady from Premier Roofing stopped by my house asking to inspect my roof for hail damage and am I glad he did! Premier is a top notch company from Brady who I worked with to the guys who did the install. They worked with my insurance company to be sure I received the best roof possible. The install of the new roof went without any problems, they are very detail oriented. The clean up after the install was great, I could not tell anything had happened. The outside of the house was as it was before the install. My wife and I are very happy with our new roof that Premier Roofing installed for us, I would highly recommend them!

These sales guys keep coming to my door after being told multiple times that I'm not interested and also don't appreciate them knocking on my door about it. The most recent was 2 guys that came to my door about a free inspection yesterday. I pointed at my no soliciting sign and they just started laughing and telling me they aren't selling anything. Yes, you are trying to solicit my approval for a roof inspection with the intent that you get to replace my roof. Please look up the definition of "solicit" and understand that it doesn't require an exchange of money. Then after that happening yesterday one of the same guys comes and parks in front of my house today. Walks up and down the street with door hangers and then sits in his car for another 15-20 minutes directly in front of my house. He only pulls away when I walk outside towards his car. Yours sales people are unbelievably rude and this is borderline harassment which I have contacted the local police about it. You will NEVER get my business and I hope other people are also sharing your slime ball door to door sales behavior. Picture attached of the sales person today as he pulled away when I was walking towards his car. You should probably talk to them about their behavior out in the field since they seem to think it's funny to piss people off.

Overall the experience was good for project # 1833364. The initial part was great, including the inspection, which representative David Keiss handle wonderfully. Then they said they will repair the roof in 3 weeks but it took them a month and a half to finally come. Communication was not the best, I had to send messages every week to know what was going on. The roof looks good, although the cleaning might have been a little better.

We used Premier Roofing to replace our hail damaged roof. They were super professional and worked directly with the insurance company to be sure everything was up to code and that we did not have to pay anything other than our deductible. Hosea was our main contact person and he was awesome! He was very responsive and communicative and kept us informed throughout the entire process and addressed our concerns. We also had limited contact with Ryan who was equally as professional and who personally met with our insurance adjuster at the house to go over everything. Overall a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend to anyone considering having their roof done!

Premier Roofing and rep Garrett Frazier did a phenomenal job. We had a ton of questions about cost/insurance and the roof replacement process in general and Garrett walked us through everything and really made the process fun and easy. They worked with our insurance and everything went very smoothly.
