PLEASE PLEASE Think before you use this business!! Richard was supposedly my husbands friend. I had another roofer but my husband wanted to help him out. I worked in insurance but only with life. Now I am a licensed insurance producer working with all lines of insurance. Richard flat out told me he was not going to put on class 4 shingles. IT DID NOT make a difference. Even though some companies say they will add them for free. WELL it did make a difference of around $600.00 per yr. Until I have them replaced. When I called Richard regarding this his response was. WELL what do you want me to do about this. So of course nothing was done. Not even an apology. All I got was no worries. There are some great roofing companies around here. And I am letting EVERY agents office I can know if this. Please be careful so you don’t get screwed like we did.

Richard Gibbens the owner is one of my favorite people. He is very knowledgeable, honest, professional and is always ready to help out. He will look out for your best interest and is someone I would highly recommend.
