After experiencing substantial hail damage, my insurance agent referred me to 4th Dimension Concepts. They were easy to work with, responsive to my many questions, and did top notch work in getting my home back to what it was before the storm. I’d use them again (but hope I don’t have to!).

I used 4D based on a recommendation for hail repair and every single step of this now 10 month process has been so unprofessional and difficult. I'm currently waiting for my deck to get rescheduled after 4D completely no showed a scheduled appointment. It's now been five days and I've heard nothing from my project manager. There's a long list of unacceptable performance from 4D that I look forward to sharing in detail when we're finally done. Simply put, I would never recommend 4D, especially for insurance claims.
