My daughter noticed a water stain on her ceiling so I poked my head up into my attic and noticed daylight coming through one of my vent pipe flashings right above the stained ceiling. He was very knowledgable about my situation (leaking from some of the vent pipes) We set up a time for him to come take a look and he had me fixed up in no time at all AND at a very reasonable price.
