When I experienced a water leak in my dining room, I asked friends for a personal recommendation of a good roofer. A friend who regularly hires Stofan Construction LLC for roofing and siding on his several properties , highly recommended them and suggested I call there. Ivo Stofan returned my phone call the next day and came to the house the following day. He inspected the roof, removed an area of shingles and took photographs of the area of the damage, which involved both failure of the roof and some improperly installed siding. Ivo presented three separate cost estimates: one for "patching" the area of the leak, another for replacing the entire roof, and a third for siding replacement. I opted for total replacement of roofing and about 50% of siding replacement where, through improper installation, it had begun to rot at the edges. Throughout the re-construction at my home, I experienced skilled workmanship, neatness, and respectfulness by Stofan employees and close supervision and inspection by Ivo Stofan. Now that the work is finished, I am totally satisfied with the work done and would welcome the opportunity to provide personal references for Stofan Construction LLC.
