I hired BHI over two years ago to roof my house and garage; replace three exterior doors; replace the soffit and facia with permanent product, and replace the gutters. Most of the the gutters fell off in the first wind, the soffit and facia were put over rotten wood so it is falling off; and I have big concerns that their promise to make sure there was no rotten wood on the roof areas before shingling was not done either. I am a reasonable person and tried to work with Larry Campbell (roofing mgr) at BHI, after the original person I was met with to get the bid and supervise the work was let go. He promised he would make things right which turned into a total lie. I was even told by one of their office staff that I should have been on the job site to tell them to replace the rotten wood before covering it....really! I have pictures of their "quality" work if you are interested. To top it all off they charged me for having to go back and put up a gutter, soffit and facia that had fallen off and let my blown in insulation fall out of the roof for a section of the roof. I have never felt so taken by anyone in my life.
