Hero did a thorough assessment of the hail damage to our home. They communicated often and timely with us and our insurance company. Our repairs included roof, garage doors, windows, and exterior painting. All were done well and completed within the required time frame. The workman were all very professional. Hero Exteriors was by far the best contractor we have worked with. The team is great. We had our roof, gutters and down spouts replaced due to area hail storms. From our initial call to the project completion, Rob and his team went above and beyond to make sure all our questions, paperwork, roof material, insurance and adjuster documents were answered and completed correctly. Rob is fantastic! He was super responsive and gave us lots of attention despite it not being a huge job. We had some exterior paint issues that needed attention, but we did not need our entire home painted. He gave us a fair and quick estimate and was on site to help resolve any issues that came up. We are very happy with the work and our house looks amazing. He promised we would be very satisfied, and he was right, we are! In the future if we need any exterior work completed, we will definitely be calling HERO exteriors.

The gutters on our house were old and rusty and beginning to leak. Rob and the HERO team did a great job replacing them. In addition they installed gutter guards to keep them from filling up with leaves, etc. Now we have new shiny gutters all around the house. No more leaking gutters and no more gutter cleaning.
