I called to get an estimate to replace my roof but only got the answering machine, 2 day later I received a call back. Arrangements were made for someone to come Saturday afternoon to work on a estimate, I waited all day but no one showed up or even called. I dont think I will use Garrett Roofing.

Chad and Paige did an excellent job in replacing my roof at a very affordable price. Don't understand why the previous rater gave them a low rating without explanation.
