Monolithic Nation saved our company thousand's of dollars!!! We have a warehouse in Fort Worth, TX that is over 50 years old. Over the years we have put two different roofing systems on the building as well as several patches where we continue to have leaks. Per city codes having two roof systems on our building we were looking at bids over 600k to completely tear off the roofs and start over. Not having that kind of budget we turned to Monolithic Nation. They have a unique roofing system that allows us to install their system over the existing systems and still maintain city code requirements. This was great news!! Not only did we save a ton of money we did not have to worry about the hassle and liability of a compete tear off. The installation team came out and installed the roof. The job did take a little longer than expected because of weather but the operations director Larry Skinner kept us updated though the entire process. We had several of our properties that had major leaking issues from all the rain we have had over the last few months. They sent out a consultant did an inspection and determined where the water was coming in. They sent out a crew the next day and they addressed the issues. Back in February of this year we had record rainfall and our building in Garland had several major roof leaks. Our manufacturing company owns several facilities in the Dallas, Houston, and Chicago metro areas.
