The whole process was made easy with Phoenix team.They walked me through each step of the process. During the install they were on site managing the working crew and communicated to me throughout the whole job about concerns and progress.

Phoenix has just finished installing a new metal roof and I'd like to say thanks for a job well done from start to finish. They helped with insurance and the estimate/bid was reasonable. Also want to give a big thank you to Dakota, Troy and Raul for going above and beyond for us. This means a lot to a customer. We were always informed of when and what they would be doing and kept their word. The few phone calls made were always answered immediately or returned very timely. Actually the roof was only the beginning: from there we did over the patio, siding on the back of the house, new windows and new doors. There was a lot of demo and it was all done efficiently and timely - every phase could not have gone more smoothly. and the area was left cleaned up every night. The only delay was my own doing as I had a stay in the hospital that put everything on hold and they were willing and cooperative in waiting for me to get back on my feet -- so I could "supervise". There is no doubt I will highly recommend them to anyone. They were very professional and really wanted to please their customer.

Ryan is outstanding! He was very helpful and went out of his way to help me through the process of dealing with my insurance and making sure that everything was taken care of for me. He was very nice and helpful and understanding because of my Alzheimer's. I would recommend him to anyone. He is an outstanding guy.

Our roof was hit by a terrible storm with high winds and hail. Insurance was a nightmare to work with. Phoenix was able to help us get what we needed and repaired our roof without damaging any of our siding or landscape. We were very pleased. We hightly recommend them.
