Joe, Chris and everyone who worked with us from ATRR was great. Due to water damage in our kitchen we had replace our cabinets, molding, back door and trim work. They did all of these things and we were very happy with the quality of work. They were prompt, courteous, worked in a timely manner, reasonably priced and focused on my satisfaction. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends.

The team at American Traditional has really wowed me and my family. I should start to say that I was referred to them by a friend, and Joe came out immediately to see how he could help. I had asked him to do a minor roofing task, which I had thought would help my situation. He told me honestly that what I wanted wouldn't work, and that I really needed further consultation. I was frustrated because I was afraid that it would cost too much. They came back to observe the bigger problem, and confirmed what we needed. All throughout the process, these guys stayed positive, were informed and professional, and reassured me that the problem could be taken care of. I suffered many leaks and flooding for far too long before they came to rescue our family from our building problems. They arrived with all of the materials and tools and help they needed, and had it taken care of in two days. This crew is the nicest, most talented metal workers around. Not only did Central Texas Metal Roofing Supply Co. recommend American Traditional Roofing & Remodeling but of all the roofers I bidded out, ATRR was by far the most knowledgable and experienced on the latest metal roofing techniques. I was not in the Austin area during my actual roof redo, but Joe worked with my every step of the way to make sure my galvalume metal roof and awnings were completed according to my requests. The team was professional, timely, clean and did a beautiful job. I also recommend adding a facia wrap which really made my roof stand out!
