I had to keep calling him because he didn't call me and follow up. When I did call he said he looked at the property and there was more work that needed to be done. He said he didn't know if he was going to encounter more work when he started to get into it. I asked him to put a quote on the table so I have something to make a decision on.... He never got back to me so I just stopped trying. This guy came recommended by a friend, but I need some straight up honesty. If you don't want the work, don't leave me hanging. I got the work done by MD Builders. They were great and the price was reasonable. MD Builders did a fantastic job.
