Great company to work with. They took care of all of our needs from start to finish. When they left,it was so clean that we couldn't even tell they had been here. Great service from this company.
Professional, fast, high quality, and reasonable roof repair by Dany Martinez. I'm glad I hired this company to repair my roof.
I really enjoyed the overall quality. No kinks in the panels or gutter rails. The material was always dry during rainfall and neatly placed out of our way. Awesome flashing! (No leaks) When skies cleared they finished the job in a professional and friendly matter. Thank You NVRE
Northern Virginia Roofing came out to estimate my roof. I was told that they were back logged on roof repairs and would not be able to get to my roof for months. Meanwhile if I have them place a tarp on the roof (to keep roof from further damage) and if I pay $600 to place the tarp (yes I paid $600 to just have a tarp placed on the roof) on the roof that it would be deducted from the price for the repairs. So I went for having the tarp placed on the roof. When I came back to them to repair the roof and have the $600 deducted, they said that they never would say anything like that. Real bad and I would never recommend them. Also I wanted to mention that today (02/01/2013) I had to hire another roofer to come and fix the problem. I just got off the phone with them and they told me that Northern Virginia Roofing made my roof worse by putting staples into the roof. You see when they placed the tarp on the roof they did it using staples. They said that because NV Roofing did this I am now looking at replacing the whole roof. Don't let them touch your roof....
We were overseas when our roof needed repair/replacement. Our son contacted NVRE and they did a nice job on the roof. However, there is flashing over the portico/porch where they installed completely the wrong color. It is dark brown, sticking out like a sore thumb on our cream, beige and blue trim. I contacted them when we returned and asked for them to change the color, but they did not respond or offer any satisfaction. So my advice is that you keep watch as they finish the job and make sure that they match the finish to your house.
