Exterior Medics has been fantastic to work with. We had a smell coming from somewhere in our office we couldn't quite identify. Some days were worse than others. Exterior Medics quickly diagnosed the problem as mold in our windows. They worked with our office condo association management to fix the problem, which was incredibly helpful. They dealt directly with the management company, taking the hassle off of us during our busiest season of the year. EM is highly customer-focused and easy to work with. They came on the day they said they'd be there, and were very clear about how they could help us. Highly recommend...without a doubt!
