Outstanding! Rich was absolutely amazing. He help me with my home owners insurance claim, even going so far as to speak with Allstate when I called. The team showed up early and completely took off the old roof and installed the new one in just a few hours! They are extremely professional and their customer service is awesome. I highly recommend them!!

True professionals. of course i did my due diligence when first looking for a roofing company by having about 6 come out and give me quotes. Bob Long gave me that "go with this guy" feeling. i couldn't be happier. fantastic workmanship was great.... letting them deal with the insurance company was even better.

He worked us into the schedule quickly. Their crew was polite and worked like crazy to get the job done in one day.

I am from NC and recently sought quotes on replacing my 97 year old mother’s roof in Roanoke, Va. which was at least 25 years old. My call was answered promptly (not always the case with other roofers we called) and we received a call back immediately from Rich at Commonwealth. He was very helpful over the phone and rode over the next day to look over the roof situation. He reviewed the roof and came back with a very competitive quote on Wednesday. On Friday we met with Rich to finalize arrangements. By Wednesday the next week we had a brand new roof replacement. The work was outstanding and the price came in right on target. My mom now has the best looking roof in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend Commonwealth Roofing to anyone looking for roof repair in the Roanoke Valley. A job well done.
