Took 3 phone calls to clarify our email address. Our quote was for 3 different projects - but there was no breakdown for each service. I asked them to break it down by task for me. I got an updated quote quickly. However, they did not do what I asked. Always very polite - just no follow through. Nice kids but need a bit more experience. And I thought the price to fix our roof was really high. I'm going to shop around. I may be back.

Highly recommend! Excellent work, very reliable and super nice! Used them a second time to repair our roof from a fallen tree. Again excellent work! Communication with the office staff is also excellent!

Just wanted to share an update to my prior review. Finally after 10 months and the insurance company threatening not to pay them they came out and repaired the screw up they did on my roof, a second time. Funny thing is I did finally receive a call from the owner Kim, she never apologized for the headache they caused me and really only seemed interested in getting paid. She called me to schedule a time and date for her crew to come out and repair their mistake. Found out she doesn't even live in the area so all the work she does is remote. Probably the root of the poor communication I experienced with this company. As expected we had to clean up after them but at least it is now behind us. This company has been one of the most disorganized companies I have done business with and the poorest communication I have ever experienced. If it weren't for the fact that I went through my insurance company they would have totally screwed me and we would have ended up in court. From reading the reviews it appears they were a great company at one time, maybe they can get back to that someday but as for now, I would steer clear from these guys! ***Response to Owners Response*** You stated that I placed incorrect information online. Please for everyone to see exactly what did I state that was incorrect? The only one who is providing incorrect information is you. I think the most troubling part about how this all happened is my insurance company contracted you guys to do a job. When you stated it was complete I had an inspector from the insurance company come out as some things didn't look right to me. The inspector the insurance company sent out (not me) found that you were attempting to bill the insurance company for flashing around all of my skylights and chimney and none of it had actually been replaced. You said the job was complete! I wonder how many other people this has happened to? Unless they had it inspected they might never know! They also found that the roof was misaligned and required you to fix prior to being paid. So you send out a crew that installed all of the flashing and to fix the misaligned roof. The misaligned roof wasn't fixed. Then you send out someone to take picture and reported back to the insurance company that you fixed the roof and provided them with the pictures. The only problem was you provided picture of the side that was good and not the side that was misaligned. Again, very shady in my opinion. Then you refuse to fix the roof until you realize the insurance company is not going to pay you and you finally come out and fix the roof. I have plenty of picture of everything including the mess you left in my yard. All of the boxes for the gutter, lots of nails and lots of pieces of roofing. Ronnie even pointed out a nail that was in my pool! Please humor us and let us know what exactly is not correct? Even my insurance company was surprised... One last note, you were contacted on March 8, 2018 and Ronnie came out a couple days later. I called you on May 2, 2018 because I had not heard anything and the response I received was I needed to sign the contract. No contract had been sent and clearly no contract had been generated. I got a call from your company asking me to go online and pick out a color even though I had already done that with Ronnie. Your company finally completed the roof late December 2018 so that would be a total of 10 months.

Very disappointed with the service. They missed multiple appointments without giving prior notification. Like other reviewers, they did a messy job of cleanup, leaving nails in our driveway and steps and some gunk on the skylight. Mostly, I was disappointed in the wood floor material they ordered for our kitchen. They ordered engineered bamboo of the cheapest quality to replace our hardwood floors and didn't show us the material, leaving it in our house to acclimate. Since they took forever to follow through with the appts, we decided to go with another company which was quicker to respond and give an honest and better estimate of the work. The company refused to refund us for the supplies, saying that it was past the 30 days even though it was them who weren't available to complete the job in that time. All in all, would not recommend them for any service.

After the wind storm earlier this year genesis quickly and below budget replaced our roof. Their clean up was not that different though leaving a nail that pierced our cars tire and adhesive on our skylight. 4 stars on roofing. We also had water damage on our floor and due to our experience with the roof we anticipated the same level of service there. Unfortunately their prices are exorbitant, the scope less comprehensive then we discussed, and the materials of very low quality. We ended up with a partial refund and materials that we can't use. 1 star for the floor.
