I contracted with Smallwood Renovations to replace our old deck with a screened in porch and to add an additional deck off to the side of the screened in porch. As you can see by the attached picture, they did a great job implementing our plan. Their staff provided good quality work and were very knowledgeable. The price was a little less than their competitors and they used the same high quality materials. We enjoy our new porch on daily basis and are very happy with the final product. I would recommend Smallwood Renovations to anyone looking to have similar work done in the future.

The process of getting new siding installed in our home was seamless! From the moment the owner came to our house to show us our options and provide pricing information on the spot to when the final touches were put on, we were in good hands. We were told we would have to wait several weeks for work to begin but we lucked out! They started very quickly and worked steadily to complete the big job! The team who installed the siding were professional and meticulous in their workmanship. The quality of materials is excellent. The price was fair. Smallwood was a great company to deal with. Easy to work with and no pressure sales. They came out, gave me a siding estimate, and then the time I needed to decide. When Harry came out to install the siding, he was very professional and then did one of the most impressive install jobs. He was very detailed and made sure everything was perfect.
