I hired this company to put a roof on after the storms this summer. My biggest complaint about this company is that I was lied to about getting a permit and only after I refused to pay my bill did they admit they never got a permit from the city. Also, I had locked my dogs in the house for the day but got a call they were loose in the yard. I had to pay to have someone cover my classes (I am a teacher) and drive all the way home to find out they were not in the yard and they were locked in the house like I had left them. When I told the person I was in contact with, he laughed and didn't seem to care at all I had to pay someone to cover my class out of my own pocket. I also asked the workers not to use one of the gates to my backyard, there is a second gate they could use, they ignored my request and broke the gate when opened and did nothing to fix it. I just got a new driveway in the summer, the workers' cars leaked oil on my driveway and when I once again spoke to someone from the company they said they would clean it but no one ever did. There was also trash left in my yard and they took stones from my firepit to cover the dog door (which was locked) and never put them back. My insurance company tried to contact them several times to get an invoice for the permit and no calls were returned until I had to step in a month later. I feel this company lied to me (I have the email where I was told the permit was pulled and the second email stating that it never was) and I would not trust them to do work in the future. The roof did pass inspection so the workers did a good job and it was done in a timely manner.

For a home improvement company, they are terrible. We spent a fortune on a new cement driveway in order to improve appearance of our home. This company dumped oil on our one week old driveway. We made half a dozen requests for them to clean it up, but they never did. I called Rich, who sold us the roofing work several times. He politely promosed but nothing happened. We are elderly and can not scrub our driveway. VERY POOR COMPANY. Will never be fooled by their smooth salesmanship again.

Awesome company, great work and easy to contact. I will use them every time I need their service.
