Won't call me back about warantee work! After nine years, some cedar shingles they put on my roof in '09 are curling up like the front ends of old-time toboggans. Steve finally returned my first call about the situation, heard the problem, and said he'd call back the following friday with a schedule to come out and inspect the problem. It's now 2.5 weeks later, and I have called him many times, but he won't call me back .
