We purchased a new roof through High Performance Homes and are very happy with it. We think it looks very nice (best looking roof on the block) and had a positive experience with the company. They scheduled a time to meet with both my husband and I, so we were on the same page and knew what was going on in regards to financing and product selection. As the process got going the financing department was helpful and patient. The roof was installed fast and well. We are very pleased with the quality of product and workmanship. They cleaned up well so there were no nails or dangerous items left for children to get ahold of. Totally recommend High Performance Homes

I got a free estimate on my roof today from Andy Rogers, he came on time, checked my roof and attic and let me know exactly what needed to be done, overall I feel like high performance home is going to do a fantastic job. I am happy with how detailed he was and how quickly they will get the job done. I feel happy knowing the job will get done correctly and with high quality and I wont have to worry about my home and family being safe from the elements. Thank you for helping me and my family.

I got a free estimate from Mike Chase today with High Performance Homes for a new roof and gutters for my house. Between him and Andy they really helped answer all my questions and concerns. Looking forward to seeing the new roof/gutters on the house! If I can figure out how to I’ll post some before and after pics on here.

An employee of this Company decided that they were entitled to park at the end of my driveway blocking both of my vehicles while they walk around the neighbourhood soliciting. Keep in mind I’m not a customer of this company and when I Went out to ask the driver to move the vehicle so I could take my 91-year-old grandmother to dialysis there is no one in the vehicle and yet the door of the company car is open and the car is still running. I see someone walking towards the vehicle and she asked me if she can help me and I said yeah I want you to move your vehicle from blocking my driveway and she argues with me about where it’s parked so then I called the one 800 number listed on the side of the vehicle and I get really rude employees I told them deal with your employee and have her move her vehicle or I’m getting it towed but they didn’t seem very concerned. So I have to track down a number in Washington state to help me out seems like some incompetent rudest self and entitled idiots this alone would be a reason why I would never use this company
