Jon worked with my State Farm Agent and he negotiated a new roof, paint and gutters for my house and 10 X 12 Shed in my backyard and it was seamless from the initial roof inspection to the final inspection with my mortgage company. Jon and his staff are TOP notch and they work QUICK. If you think quick means sloppy...think again with this company!! The bottom line is they are experts at roofing, painting and gutters and they clean-up everything. Monarch has been so much better than ANY company I have used in the past and very honest. I recommend Jon and Monarch Construction and Roofing whole heartedly!!

When the hailstorm hit in May 2017 I had Monarch construction and roofing come out and put on a new roof, on a home that was less than two years old. The hailstorm did more than just damage my roof. It damaged my siding, stucco, screens, window, pergola, fence, paint and gutters. They worked completely with my insurance company from beginning to end. They noticed things damaged on my house I didn’t even see. I didn’t need to do anything, but talk with my project manager. They completed ALL the work and to MY expectations. Because of the great job they did on all the outside work, recently, I have also hired the painters to paint my interior. They were very professional and nice. They painted my VERY tall hallway/dining room walls, bedrooms,living room and kitchen. I was very comfortable, in all instances, while monarch was doing work on my newer built home. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks. Roofing companies come and go. This is a company that is established and has a great warranty behind it.

I went with Monarch construction to repair my home after a a hail storm. They did the roof as promised, but in terms of helping me with all the other damages- they were long on promises and extremely short on delivery. Toward the end, my contractor had left the company and they refused to give me another to help finish the project- so I was left on my own to negotiate - 10 months after the damage. If you want them to do your roof this company is fine. For everything else I'd have no expectations.

We had damage to our roof for the second time since we have owned our house and we specifically requested Monarch Construction because they redid our roof the first time and we loved their work! They did not disappoint the second time around. They were responsive, professional and got the work done in a snap. Worked well with our insurance adjuster too. Good job everyone!

I used this company for a large siding and roofing job and I will say that they did successfully complete the job, however I probably wouldn't use them again. They repeatedly overpromised and way under delivered. Again, they completed the job and it looked great, but the process of getting there was rough.
