The company completed a quality inspection after roof completion, and the subsequent inspection by the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department showed that the job passed and conforms to current building codes. William helped us with our insurance claim. He is an extremely knowledgeable and honest roofing professional. He also explained things simply, which was something we really appreciated. Throughout the claims process, William and Petrali Roofing were very responsive and returned every one of our phone calls the same day, or the following day. Additionally, they were accountable for those they hired for non-roofing tasks, such as gutters and skylights, and followed through on what he said he would do. Because of William, I referred Petrali Roofing to my friend who subsequently hired Petrali and had the same positive experience we did. The excellent effort, and superior customer service provided by Kaye in the office, is why Petrali Roofing enjoys such a coveted reputation for unequaled professionalism in the roofing industry. Hail storm came through and did a number on our roof. Petrali helped understand how to work with our insurance as well answer any question about roof replacement. The work crew was great and did everything in a single day. They went out of their way to clean up all trash from the removal of the old roof and was a pleasant crew to be around. Petrali has replaced a couple roofs on my home because of storm damage. They have been very helpful and courteous during the replacement process. The work was completed in a professional manner with clean-up at the end of the day, even if they finished the next day.
