I decided to wait a month before posting a review to ensure that some contracted electrical work held up. I'm pleased to report that it has. I can recommend Al Marino for their solid workmanship, good communication, and reasonable pricing.

I called early on a Saturday. Left a message with a receptionist. 3 hours later no return call from plumber so I called again. 2 hours after that I received a call from plumber who was “ on his way” with no indication of how long he’d be. He was coming from Charleston so it took him over an hour. Meanwhile I waited. When he got here he presented me with a bill for service call ($150) which I agreed to because it was Saturday. He then inspected and verified the issue and gave me an estimate (638.97 including the $150) for what was by the plumbers own estimate “20 minutes work”. Overpriced even at $150 an hour rates for weekend service and parts (which I researched and discovered cost about $50).
